What are the responsibilities and job description for the Motorcycle Service Advisor position at NULU MOTORSPORTS LLC?
The Service Advisor will:
- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealerships service manager.
- Responsible for the entire customer service experience until vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
- Greet every customer with a smile.
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
- Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.
- Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient work flow.
- Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions.
- Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills.
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Consistent and stable work history and work attendance.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
