We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and hygienic.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, including laundry and organizing spaces as needed.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Skills in floor care and carpet cleaning techniques are beneficial.
- A background in customer service will enhance your ability to meet client expectations effectively.
