The Global Vice President, Finance will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Numerator’s global operations. This individual will partner with senior leadership to enhance financial visibility, support decision-making, and ensure the company's financial health aligns with strategic goals. The VP Finance will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in shaping Numerator’s financial future.
What You'll Do:
- Lead global financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee global financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with the CFO on capital allocation, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance best practices.
- 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading finance functions in a global, high-growth technology or data-driven company.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making and story-telling for board reports.
- Deep understanding of financial systems, reporting tools, and automation best practices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Private equity exposure and understanding preferred
- Ability to move with a sense of urgency.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Work at the intersection of data, technology, and consumer insights in a dynamic, global environment.

Salary : $172,000 - $236,500
