SAP Modules Expertise :
Proficiency in Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and Service Management (SM) functionalities within SAP systems.
Experience managing Warranty and Contracts as well as handling Repairs and Service Notification processes.
Knowledge of CRM modules within SAP, focusing on customer-centric processes if applicable.
Technical Skills :
Ability to read, understand, and debug ABAP codes for troubleshooting and customization purposes.
Understanding of system interfaces and integration of SAP SD / SM modules with other SAP modules.
Knowledge of S / 4 HANA and familiarity with SAP Hybris / BRIM, BRF , SAP Portal for integrated business solutions.
Familiarity with Master Data Management and its role in SAP SD / SM processes.
Functional Skills :
Creating functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
Handling cross-functional leadership across SAP and non-SAP teams for project execution.
Coordinating all PLC (Product Life Cycle) phases between onsite and offshore teams.
Analytical Abilities :
Strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements, understand complex concepts, and propose effective solutions.
Experience in leveraging reporting tools within SAP, such as SAP Business Warehouse (BW) or SAP HANA, for data extraction and analysis.
