What you can expect :
Numotion is seeking a Home Access Laborer to join our growing team. The Home Access Laborer is responsible for completing construction / installation with and without subcontractors, and develop construction services.
Responsibilities : Construction :
- General Remodeling construction tasks such as decks, landing, doorway widening, grab bar installation and technical installation such as stair glide, patient lifts, power door openers or tub modifications.
- Review plans and specs and determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Insure timely job starts and completion. Plan material purchases, labor requirements, coordinate with staff as needed and follow TRR documentation procedures.
- Insure skills appropriate, job prep, tools and materials are available.
- Ensure TRR standards and all applicable codes / regulations are followed on job site
Administrative / Customer Service for Remodeling / Installation :
What you need to succeed :
To be successful as a Home Access Laborer with Numotion you'll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once - time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you'll need to be highly self-motivated as you'll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.
