What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Specialist position at Numunu Staffing LLC?
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing commercial, industrial or residential real estate properties for clients by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
The Housing Specialist will be responsible for :
- Managing the tribal housing program in accordance with Tribal policies and procedures.
- Discusses with clients terms and conditions for providing management services, and drafts agreement stipulating extent and scope of management responsibilities, serves to be performed, and costs for services.
- Prepares agreements for lessees, homeowners or applicants and collects specified rents.
- Directs bookkeeping function, or credits client account for receipts and debits account for services cost, and upkeep maintenance costs.
- Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee's agreement.
- Purchases supplies and equipment for use on lease tribal properties.
- Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property condition, and forwards listing to owner for review.
- Prepares reports in accordance with Tribal and Federal guidelines.
