We are seeking a Patent Agent to join our legal team and work closely with the company's research, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams on intellectual property matters.
Responsibilities
- Implement IP strategy and policies to ensure the protection of Nuna's intellectual property.
- Work with research and development personnel to identify patentable inventions and provide guidance on patentability.
- Develop and manage strategic patent portfolios, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting mechanical patent applications worldwide.
