Entry level Roof Inspector

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the position of Inspector Entry Level. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for construction and quality control. You will be responsible for inspecting various aspects of construction projects, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Analyze schematics and blueprints to verify that work aligns with design requirements.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the construction process, documenting findings accurately.
• Collect data related to project progress and quality metrics for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to address any discrepancies or issues found during inspections.
• Assist in the review of contracts to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on inspection results to improve overall project quality.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and construction management principles is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection processes and standards in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced construction setting.
• Prior experience in data collection or quality control is a plus but not required.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
