The Grocery Stocker is accountable for:
Customer Service:
- Greet all customers with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
- Engage in appropriate conversations with customers and thanking them for choosing to shop with us.
- Understand and comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines of NuNu's.
Inventory Management:
- Responsible for keeping grocery, dairy, and frozen shelves stocked, properly rotated, and fronted according to NuNu's specifications.
Store Appearance:
- Keep retail store area and warehouse area clean and safe.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Knowledge of items in store and able to answer customer inquiries or direct them to the proper department supervisor or store manager or assistant manager.
- Perform a high level of customer service at all times.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Serve as backup to bag grocery and bring groceries to customers' cars as needed.
