Overview: Located in Pipersville, PA, Nurney Landscape & Design, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Foreman. This person will work closely with the Project Manager and the ideal candidate must have experience with both hard and softscapes, is well organized and can effectively manage and lead a crew.
Compensation & Benefits
· $25 - $30 hourly rate performance review after 90 days

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plans and executes projects, using manual and power operated equipment.
· Assists Project Manager with daily operations and projects.
· Reports daily field progress.
· Leader for implementation, safety trainings, team building, and participation in crew member reviews.
· Manages the performance of services.
· Read construction documents & drawings.
· Perform snow removal and other duties during winter months.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
· Read plans, grades and implement with minimal assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of Project Landscape Foreman experience.
· Must possess a valid Driver’s license, clean background check and pass a drug test.
· Experience with driving a truck while pulling a trailer.
· Ability to operate equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, and excavator.
· High school diploma or GED.
· Able to read scaled landscape drawings.
· Must have good communication skills with customers, manager, and coworkers.
· Energetic and motivated.
· Punctual and positive attitude.
· Strong management and organization skills.
· Strong work ethic.
· Valid medical card.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
