Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead a wide variety of engaging activities and events tailored to the interests and abilities of our senior residents * Develop monthly calendars of programs that promote physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness * Coordinate outings, special events, holiday celebrations, and guest entertainment * Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and families to support resident engagement * Ensure all activities comply with safety guidelines and community standards
Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors in a recreational, social work, or therapeutic setting preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Energetic, compassionate, and highly organized * Ability to motivate and encourage participation in group settings
