The NuRock Companies is a national leader in the development, construction and management of apartment communities. We are now hiring an experienced Assistant Manager for our brand new Apartment Community located in Pompano Beach, FL.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the management of all on-site operations and achieving property financial and operational objectives. Position is primarily responsible for leasing and marketing apartments, ensuring all traffic, prospect, leasing, renewal and revenue date is correctly entered in the property management software system (Onesite), producing management reports, training staff, resident relations and customer service. Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience. Background and drug testing required.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
