We have an immediate opening for a grounds person for one of our apartment communities located in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include: interior and exterior cleanliness of the building; trash removal and light maintenance and special projects as assigned. Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager. Qualifications include the ability to follow through, hard-working and energetic, possess strong people skills, and be willing to be part of a great Team!
