This is an on-site role for a Home Care Aide Supervisor at Nurse Care 2 Go LLC. The Home Care Aide Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily activities of home care aides, ensure quality care for clients, conduct assessments, and provide guidance and support to the caregiving team.
Qualifications
- Caregiving, Personal Care, and Elder Care skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Home Care
- Compassion and empathy in caring for individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures
- Certification in caregiving or related field is a plus
- Associate Degree
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
