Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and maintaining their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments
Requirements:
- Certified as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CT technology
- Ability to lift and move equipment, as needed
