The Nurse First travel nursing team is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Neuro ICU to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Neuro ICU nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient status and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an RN in North Dakota
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Neuro ICU
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neuroscience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
