Nurse Travel Position in Cardiac Cath Lab
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab department.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
About the Role:
- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Shift: 8 hours per day, days only
- Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
- Conduct ongoing assessments, documenting patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- RN licensure in California
- 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or similar specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
