Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg
Job Type: Full-time, 36 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Rockingham, North Carolina. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- To provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- To assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, manage resources, and promote continuity of care.
Requirements:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, and to be flexible with scheduling.
