Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Rehabilitation to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. This 12-week assignment offers the opportunity to work in a unique environment, interact with diverse patients, and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with various physical and cognitive disabilities
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and set realistic goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Foster a supportive environment, promote independence, and empower patients to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
