About the Role
As a travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, focusing on strengthening, mobility, and functional skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited institution
- Licensure in the state where the assignment is located
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
