Responsibilities
- Create Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
- Deliver on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
- Provide a premium care approach to clients and their family members while assisting clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.
- Review the care plan prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
- Engage in open communication with the Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified
- Respond to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline
- Update availability and time off requests (as per stated expectations) with HR/CD to ensure continuity of care for your client
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Qualifications
- 1 year previous care giving experience preferred but not required
- Proof of CNA Certification, if applicable
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Must be able to legally work in US to apply for this position
