Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Care Manager to oversee the launch and management of our new Nurse Next Door Home Care Services location. This leadership role combines responsibilities across Care Design, People Experience Coordination, and Community Engagement, requiring healthcare knowledge, management experience, and a passion for driving results.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client and caregiver experiences, building a strong team, and fostering community partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring that Nurse Next Door’s mission of Happier Aging is realized across the South Austin, New Braunfels, and North San Antonio territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Care Design:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs and design personalized care plans.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of caregiving services by performing supervisory visits.
  • Monitor client outcomes, update care plans as needed, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction (Net Promoter Score target: 9 ).

People Experience Coordination:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard A-Player Caregivers to meet staffing needs.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Ensure zero canceled visits by maintaining a 25% staffing buffer.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with professional referral sources, community leaders, and organizations.
  • Execute a monthly sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Nurse Next Door at community events, establishing the brand as a trusted leader in premium home care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and management experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience (nursing background preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Calendar).
  • Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Travel to Houston required during initial training period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
