Job Description
As a Home Health Nurse, you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting and provide quality care and support to patients and their family member, this is a perfect opportunity for you to be in charge of your own schedule. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong one-on-one relationships with their patients and provide them with the care that they need.
Qualifications
Current Florida Licensed: RN or LPN- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. Two (2) years of home health care experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- One (1) year of nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Current IV Certification (Specific to LPN'S)
- Possess and maintain valid BLS certification.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured per the organization's requirements.
