We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
Experience:
- Previous experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of ventilator management, airway management, and acute care is highly desirable
- Experience in primary care, hospital, or senior care settings is a plus
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Botulinum toxin treatment is advantageous

- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care
