Auto offer position Lutheran Hospital Travel First Assist CVOR CST
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Days, 6 : 30a-5p, 4x10hr, holidays and call required, option for block scheduling GH : 72 bi-weekly
Required certifications : BLS, First Assist certification along with one of the following CST certification if required by the Indiana State law or completion of surgical technology education prior to 2009, or RN license, or Certified Surgical Assistant. Ratio : average of 85 surgeries a month
RTO blackout dates : 3 / 31 / 25-4 / 10 / 25
Max RTO : 1 week
