Job Description

As a Float RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care on various units, including Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Department. To excel in this role, you must have a solid foundation in critical care nursing, with experience working in multiple units and managing complex patient cases. Your expertise in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) will enable you to provide top-notch care to patients with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality patient care on various medical-surgical, intensive care, and emergency department units

3. Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience in a hospital setting
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS
