Job Summary

Are you an experienced healthcare enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in hospital partnerships and staffing solutions ? NurseAmerica is looking for a results-driven Account Executive - Healthcare to drive growth, close deals, and expand our nurse staffing solutions across U.S. hospitals and healthcare facilities.

This role is client acquisition-focused , requiring expertise in healthcare staffing sales, prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure. You will be responsible for executing strategic B2B sales initiatives , building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning NurseAmerica as a trusted healthcare staffing provider.

This role is about 50% remote with travel to industry conferences, hospital meetings, and internal company meetings and events as required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

Develop and execute a hospital-focused business development strategy to acquire new clients.

Identify, engage, and close partnerships with hospitals, surgery centers, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.

Leverage cold outreach, prospecting, email campaigns, digital marketing, and in-person meetings to secure deals.

Build strong relationships with hospital leaders in HR, nursing, administration, and procurement teams to create long-term partnerships.

Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to finalize agreements.

Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of hospital clients .

Execute high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to hospital needs.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize growth strategies.

Work cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful placements.

Marketing & Outreach

Leverage digital marketing tools, CRM, and automation platforms to generate and nurture leads.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-converting sales collateral.

Attend industry conferences, networking events, and healthcare expos to promote NurseAmerica.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education

5 years of healthcare enterprise sales experience, preferably in nurse staffing, healthcare recruitment , or workforce solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of closing high-value hospital contracts .

Experience working with healthcare administrators, HR leaders, and hospital procurement teams.

Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in digital sales, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and lead automation .

Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.

Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into long-term clients.

HR, nursing, administration, and procurement teams with C-level executives and hospital administrators.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications

Willingness to travel (25-50%) for client meetings, industry conferences, and company events.

Must be comfortable working Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.

Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and a professional home office setup.
