Job Summary
As a Certified Caregiver Assistant with NurseCore, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient safety and security in the home environment
- Provide care in compliance with assigned care plans and RN delegation
- Communicate effectively with RN supervisors and other healthcare professionals
- Assist patients with total or assisted personal care, meals, and mobility
- Practice universal precautions, infection control, and use protective equipment to protect patients and self
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Active CNA/HHA licensure in the State of Nevada
- One year of experience preferred
