Responsibilities:
- Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.
- Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client’s conditions.
- Document care given, observations and treatments.
- Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
- Ensure that facility and client’s equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.
- Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
- Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
- Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
- CNA with CMT certificate in Arizona with a certificate
- 1 year of experience as a CMT within the last 3 years
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Fingerprint Card
- Evidence of negative TB Test within last 12 months
- Food Handler's License
- Access to reliable transportation
