- Manage and maintain the patient’s ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, pubic catheter, and wound care
- Educate and support the family, empowering them to navigate care with confidence
- Collaborate with the patient’s care team, including physicians, your supervisor, co-workers, and other medical providers
- Monitor complex conditions while delivering compassionate in-home care that prioritizes comfort and dignity
- Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition
- Active LPN or RN license in Nevada
- 1 years of hands-on clinical experience
- Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and G-tubes
- ICU or ER experience is a plus!
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a background check
