Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a member of our caregiving staff, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the safety of the home environment to ensure a secure and healthy space for patients
- Provide care in compliance with assigned care plans and RN delegation
- Recognize changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with RN supervisors
- Assist patients with total or assisted personal care, meals, and mobility
- Practice universal precautions, infection control, and use protective equipment to protect patients and self
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Active CNA/HHA licensure in the State of Nevada
- One year of experience preferred
