As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with NurseCore, you will provide essential care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting their overall well-being. Your regular interactions with patients will allow you to monitor their conditions, assist with personal care needs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure the best outcomes. You’ll deliver high-quality healthcare in adherence to applicable regulations and policies, helping our patients live their lives with comfort and quality care.
12-hour shifts:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Overtime offered after 40 hours/week

- Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policies
- Provides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegation
- Provides personal care, runs errands, helps with meals, supports mobility, performs light housekeeping, and delivers companion services
- Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self
- Attends and completes all assigned in-services and trainings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Available to work 12 hour shifts: 7am - 7pm, or 7pm - 7am
- Drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA licensure (from accredited school/institution) in the State of Nevada
- Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
- 1 years of hands-on work experience
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 mos), or Quantiferon (within the last 5 yrs)
- Successful completion of background check.
Salary range: $20 - $22/hour.
