Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Current Shift Needs:
Friday, Saturday-Sunday, (days)/8am-8pmfor Adult Case.
Thursday (8hr Day Shift)
RNPay Rate $35/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.
Saturday/Sunday/ Day Shift, 10 hr. Shiftsfor AdultCase.
RNPay Rate $33/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.
Friday, Saturday, Tuesday (days)/3pm-7pm for Peds Case.
Monda -Friday, 5 Nights Open (Night Shift)
RNPay Rate $31/hr. (Day Shift) and $33/hr. (Night Shift). and LPN Pay Rate $28/hr. (Day Shift) and $30/hr. (Night Shift)

Retention Bonus:
Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.

LPN: $500
CNA/HHA:$250
Responsibilities:
Every day is different in-Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

- Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
- Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
