Great hours Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm/ You can pick all 5 days.
***SIGN-ON BONUS $550.00 LPN***
WORK 80 HOURS, BE IN GOOD STANDING, ACTIVELY PICKING UP SHIFTS
Must be picking up shifts 30 days after working 80 hours to receive the bonus

Responsibilities:
You will be caring for ill, injured, or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in a prison. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Assesses, plan, and implements client care as directed by facility/ homecare and NurseCore standards.
- Maintains competency through continuing education.
- Administers and records medications given.
- Conducts prescribed treatments.
- Admits and discharges patients as directed.
- Respect patients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of New York
- 1-year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
- Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Work Physical
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
