- Monitor complex patient conditions
- Collaborate with patient’s care team, including branch/clinical directors, staff members, patient’s physicians, and other medical professionals involved in the care plan
- Depending on the specific needs of the patient, may manage or assist with some or all of the following: medication management and/or administration, ventilator support, tracheostomy care, G-tube maintenance, and/or wound care
- Guide and educate families to help them navigate care with confidence
- Perform other nursing duties as needed, based on the patient’s condition and care plan
- Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
- At least one year of post-graduate work experience
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB results within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a background check
- Experience with G-tubes, ventilators, or tracheostomies
