NurseDash is looking for a dynamic, outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this field-based role, you will be the face of NurseDash, building relationships with clients and potential customers across the Houston area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will focus on client engagement, community outreach, and expanding NurseDash’s footprint in the healthcare staffing industry.
This role is ideal for someone highly social, loves meeting new people, and is comfortable spending most of the day visiting clients, networking, and performing cold outreach. If you’re driven by connecting with others and have a passion for healthcare solutions, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to current clients, ensuring satisfaction, discussing staffing needs, and strengthening relationships.
• Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients within the senior living, hospital, and other healthcare facilities to introduce NurseDash’s services.
• Community Outreach & Networking: Represent NurseDash at industry events, community gatherings, and networking sessions to build awareness and generate leads.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, foster partnerships, and actively contribute to NurseDash’s growth in the Houston area.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to refine engagement strategies, provide regular feedback, and track outreach outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Outgoing & Personable: Enjoys meeting new people and easily strikes up conversations.
• Self-Motivated & Organized: Able to independently manage a schedule, prioritize visits, and follow up with clients.
• Previous Sales or Client-Facing Experience: Background in sales, customer engagement, or community outreach preferred.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Experience with healthcare staffing, senior care, or similar industries is a plus.
• Comfortable with Travel: Willing to spend most of the day visiting clients and traveling within the Houston area.
