Job title: LPN/LVN Nursing and Rehab
Location: Nursing home in Jersey Shore, PA.
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks (01/26/25 - 04/20/25)
Pay Rate: $35/hr to $40/hr
Guaranteed: 40-hour workweek.
Work Schedule: 10 days of 14 schedule, every other weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. You’ll play an essential role in providing quality care to our residents, working closely with a supportive team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of PA.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of a 10/14 schedule.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist with daily patient care, including monitoring and documentation of vital signs.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
- Foster a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
