Location: Troy, MI
Compensation: $120-140K / Year
Shift: Monday-Friday 40-hour workweek, no weekends or call
Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an NP in a family practice clinic setting
- Experience in Women's Health/GYN, including IUD placements and pelvic exams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build patient trust and rapport
- Enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable personality
- Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized areas such as pelvic rehab, pelvic pain, and postpartum care
- Experience with eClinical Works (EMR) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a family practice setting with a focus on women's health and gynecological care
- Perform office-based procedures and exams
- Work as the sole provider in the clinic, supported by medical assistants and office staff
- Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day, primarily ages 20-40 years old
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs
- Maintain accurate patient records using the eClinical Works EMR system
- Participate in ongoing training and development in specialized women's health services
