LPN Clinic / Vaccine Nurse

Clinic LPN / Vaccine Nurse Seeking LPN's with immunization / vaccination experience to work in a clinic / outreach setting. Pay is $36 per hour Monday -Friday 8A-5P hours, schedule may change to accommodate an after hour or a Saturday event.  Wednesdays have late arrival time for the after-hour clinic. LPN Duties and Responsibilities :

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Provide patient education to individuals, families
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments
• Administer immunization / vaccinations and adhering to the pediatric immunization schedule Preferred Medical Specialties :
• Primary Care
• Public Health
• Urgent Care
• Pediatrics
• Internal Medicine RN Qualifications : Two (2) years experience in a clinic / outpatient setting; preferrably in primary care, urgent care, public health, pediatrics, or internal medicine. Current, Unrestricted NC or Compact State RN License Must have immunization records and provide upon hire : current Td / Tdap (within 10 years), MMR and Varicella immunizations or titers; and COVID vaccination record
