Nurses and More, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is currently looking for LPN's with at least 1 full year of long term care experience within the last 3 years to help cover openings in local facilities.

- 1 full year of Long Term Care experience within the last 3 years
- Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence of" communicable diseases
- Current PPD or Chest X-ray (we can do the PPD at no cost to you)
- 2 Professional References (RN's or LPN's)
- Clear Criminal History Report (we will obtain at no cost to you)
- *Additional requirements depending on contract at site
Salary : $28 - $32
