in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our team for our in office Homecare Clinical Supervisor position. Our fun, energetic office setting makes this an ideal place to work. This is a Monday-Friday 8a-4 : 30p position. It is a fast paced office environment. Patient load approximately 20 and overseeing all aspects of their charts. Supervision and counseling of homecare staff. Intake for new referrals. Experienced Staffing Managers handle all details regarding scheduling of clients homecare staff. Nurses and More, Inc.

- Must be Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of recent experience
- Teaching and supervision experience
- Home Health Care experience
- Medicaid and Medicare knowledge
- Flexible people person
- Versatile nursing skills Responsibilities include :
- Supervise, direct and assess patient care
- Communication with physicians
- Maintain client charts, including writing 485's and prior authorizations
- Clinical patient care
- Supervision of field staff
- Quality Assurance of field staff documentation
- Perform Home Health Aide check offs Requirements :
- Current RN Indiana nursing license
- Must have at least 2 years of recent clinical experience as an RN (names and dates of employment must be provided)
- 2 step TB test
- Criminal background check with no violations (we will run at no cost to you)
- Current CPR certification (no online courses accepted)
- Additional credentials may be required upon hire
