Individualized Care Pediatric Nurse

Seeking a compassionate nurse with experience working with a special needs / developmentally disabled population with critical medical care needs. This is a great opportunity to use your skills outside a clinic or hospital setting.

LPN / RN School Individual Care Nurse needed for female child

• Pay: LPN:$33 / RN:$39 per hour
• Part -Time Schedule: Monday and Friday 6:45AM-4:00PM
• Location: Ride transportation with student from home to school and back home
• Duties: Provide G-Tube Feeding and Monitor Seizures, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years
• Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
• Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform tube feeding as required for pediatric patient.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Utilize tablet for accurate patient care documentation.
• Provide individualized care to child.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide feedback on care plan.
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to safety protocols in clinical settings.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, Temporary

Pay: $33.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.50 per week
