Certified Nursing Assistance - CNA
- 1 year work experience as CNA minimum requirement
- 1 year experience in each field of work
- Following the scope of practice of which licensed.
- Work under supervision of LPN, RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician
- CPR certification required
- CPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral health
- Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc)
- COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
Salary : $15 - $23
