Home Health LPN Contract (8-13 week contract)
Location : Hot Springs, AR
M-Fri
Guaranteed weekly pay UP TO $1600 per week (based on 40h worked weekly)
Additional $.40 cents per mile for patient related travel
On-call available / optional - extra pay for on-call

Home Health LPN Contract
- Minimum 1 years as LPN required
- Minimum 6 months Home Health experience required
- Charting system is HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- On call rotations determined by home health agency
- To follow state board of nursing scope of practice.
