Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse - LPN / LVN
- 1 year work experience as LPN / LVN minimum requirement
- 1 year experience in each field of work (Medsurg, ER/ED, Critical Care, Home Health, etc)
- Following the State board of nursing scope of practice of which licensed.
- Work under supervision of RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician
- CPR certification required
- ACLS required for critical care or facility discretion
- CPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral health
- Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc)
- COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
Salary : $30 - $40
