Position Overview :
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Marketing, Staffing, Recruiting & Sales Director within Nurses Direct.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
- Plan, strategize, and collaborate with the management team on business expansion.
- Call clients and healthcare facilities to acquire new business.
- Call current clients to ensure good relations.
- Collaborate with team members to negotiate contracts for future business.
- Work on a commission-based compensation structure, with commission amount based on performance.
- Bonus eligibility upon meeting company goals.
