Home Health - (13 week contract)
Location: Jourdanton, TX
M-Fri 8-4:30pm
Guaranteed minimum weekly $1280-$1600 (depending on experience and hours worked weekly)
Additional $.55 cents per mile for patient related travel
On-call available / optional - Bonus pay for on-call

- Minimum 6 months Hospice / Home Health experience preferred
- Charting system is HCHB (Home care Home base)
- On call rotations determined by hospice / home health agency
- To follow state board of nursing scope of practice.
