- $4/hour Weekend Night Shift
- $3/hour Night Shift

Position Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certification/Licensure:
- Current, Unrestricted RN License from any U.S. state, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of Inpatient Psychiatric RN experience within the last 2 years.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in psychiatric care and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in documentation and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Inpatient Psychiatric Care: Deliver high-quality care in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on psychiatric conditions and treatments.
- Crisis Intervention: Manage and de-escalate psychiatric emergencies.
