Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a nationally accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in nursing.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of full-time nursing experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and educating patients with chronic diseases, including but not limited to diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension.
- Licensure: Must hold and maintain an active, valid, and unrestricted RN license.
