- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed for client mobility or transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, promoting hygiene and comfort.
- Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their specific needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed.
- Participate in hospice care when required, offering compassionate end-of-life support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home community care or as a caregiver is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and first aid practices.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
